Yes! You can absolutely choose your own finishes, as long as the selection cut-off date hasn’t passed. This ensures that materials are ordered on time to keep your home on schedule. If the cut-off date has passed, our professional designer will make the selections for you, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality look that aligns with the home’s style.

For completed homes, we ask for 1% of the purchase price. For builds, we ask for $10,000. Earnest money is nonrefundable and credited back to the buyer at closing.
